To me, conducting is about bringing people, musical ideas, and different perspectives together to create a shared experience. I combine precise musical direction with an open, collaborative rehearsal atmosphere and a strong sense of dramaturgy and musical storytelling. My work focuses on projects that place classical music in new contexts - bringing it into dialogue with theatre, literature, improvisation, jazz, and electronic music while making it accessible to new audiences.
